General & Preventive Care

Routine checkups, cleanings, and early problem detection to keep your smile healthy.

Dental checkups & cleanings

A six-monthly examination catches decay, gum disease and bite problems while they are still small and inexpensive to treat. We check every tooth, your gums, and the soft tissues of the mouth, and use an intraoral camera so you can see anything we find.

Scaling & polishing

Plaque hardens into tartar that brushing cannot shift, and it is the main cause of bleeding gums and bad breath. Ultrasonic scaling removes it above and below the gumline, and polishing leaves the surface smooth so deposits build up more slowly.

Cavity fillings

Decay caught early is treated in a single visit with a tooth-coloured composite filling that is shaded to match the surrounding enamel. Treating a cavity early is what prevents it from becoming a root canal later.

Oral hygiene guidance

Practical, specific advice for your mouth - brushing technique, whether you need interdental brushes or floss, and what to change if you are prone to staining, sensitivity or recurring decay.

Restorative Dentistry

Repairing and rebuilding teeth so you can bite, chew, and smile with confidence.

Fillings

Composite and glass ionomer restorations rebuild teeth damaged by decay, chipping or wear. Modern materials bond directly to the tooth, so less healthy structure has to be removed than with older techniques.

Crowns & bridges

A crown caps a tooth that is cracked, heavily filled or has had root canal treatment, restoring its full strength. A bridge replaces a missing tooth by anchoring to the teeth on either side. Both are planned from digital scans rather than putty impressions.

Dental implants

A titanium post placed in the jawbone replaces the root of a missing tooth, and carries a crown that looks and functions like the original. Implants are placed and restored in-house by a specialist Prosthodontist and Implantologist, and treatment is staged over a few months to allow the bone to integrate.

Root canal treatment

When decay or injury reaches the nerve, root canal treatment removes the infected pulp, disinfects the canals and seals them, which relieves the pain and saves the tooth. It is done under local anaesthetic, and most people find it no more uncomfortable than a filling.

Specialty Care

Focused treatment for orthodontic, surgical, and pediatric dental needs.

Orthodontics (braces & aligners)

Crowded, spaced or protruding teeth can be straightened with fixed braces or with clear removable aligners. Beyond appearance, correcting the bite makes teeth easier to clean and reduces uneven wear over a lifetime.

Oral & maxillofacial surgery

Minor surgical procedures carried out at the clinic, including difficult extractions, and the assessment and management of cysts and other lesions of the jaws. Anything requiring hospital care is referred with a full report.

Pediatric dentistry

Gentle, unhurried care for children - first visits, fluoride application, sealants on newly erupted molars, and treatment of decay in milk teeth. The aim is that a child leaves comfortable with dentistry rather than afraid of it.

Wisdom tooth extraction

Wisdom teeth that are impacted or only partly erupted trap food and cause repeated infection, pain and swelling. We assess the position radiographically first, then remove them under local anaesthetic with clear aftercare instructions.

Prosthodontics & Dentures

Led by a specialist Prosthodontist & Implantologist, restoring full function and aesthetics.

Partial dentures

A removable replacement for several missing teeth that also stops the remaining teeth from drifting into the gaps. Designed to distribute biting forces so the natural teeth are not overloaded.

Full dentures

Complete upper or lower dentures made from digital records for a closer fit and a more natural tooth arrangement. Fit is reviewed and adjusted after fitting, because comfort depends on how the denture settles in use.

Implant-supported prosthetics

Dentures and bridges anchored on implants rather than resting on the gum. They do not slip while eating or speaking, and because the implants load the bone they help slow the bone loss that follows tooth loss.

Smile rehabilitation

Full-mouth treatment planning for extensive wear, multiple missing teeth or a collapsed bite - combining implants, crowns and prosthetics in a staged sequence, so function and appearance are restored together.

Equipped for Precision

Our implant centre uses modern diagnostic and imaging technology so every treatment plan is accurate from the start.

Intraoral Camera

See exactly what your dentist sees - clear, magnified images of your teeth and gums for accurate diagnosis.

Digital Scanners

Fast, precise digital impressions replace messy molds for crowns, dentures, and implants.

Modern Implant Centre

Dedicated implant planning and placement using current techniques for long-lasting results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?+

Morning sessions run by prior appointment, so please call ahead to confirm a slot. Evening sessions from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM accept walk-ins, though booking still means less waiting. For pain or swelling, call and we will fit you in the same day wherever possible.

Does a root canal hurt?+

The procedure itself is done under local anaesthetic, so you should feel pressure but not pain - most patients find it comparable to having a filling. The severe pain people associate with root canals is usually the infection beforehand, which the treatment relieves. Mild tenderness for a day or two afterwards is normal.

How long do dental implants last?+

With good oral hygiene and regular checkups, implants routinely last well over ten years, and many last for life. What matters most is keeping the gum and bone around the implant healthy, which means cleaning around it properly and not smoking.

Do you treat children?+

Yes. We see children for first visits, checkups, fluoride application, sealants and treatment of decay in milk teeth. A first visit is usually recommended around a child's first birthday or when the first teeth appear.

What should I do in a dental emergency?+

Call us on +91 77578 57801 as early in the day as you can and describe the problem. For a knocked-out adult tooth, hold it by the crown, not the root, keep it in milk, and come straight in - the tooth can often be saved if you reach us within the hour.

How often should I get my teeth cleaned?+

Every six months suits most people. If you have gum disease, smoke, or build up tartar quickly, we may suggest every three to four months. We will tell you what applies to you rather than giving a blanket answer.

Are braces or clear aligners better?+

It depends on the movement required. Fixed braces handle complex cases and severe crowding more predictably; clear aligners are removable and far less visible, which suits adults with mild to moderate crowding. We assess your bite first and explain what each option would realistically achieve for you.

How do I get to the clinic, and is parking available?+

We are on the 1st floor of SP Classic in Vishal Nagar, Pimple Nilakh, near Dakshinmukhi Hanuman Mandir and opposite MedPlus. Two-wheeler and car parking is available in front of the building.
